Suite 125 is a 2,851 square foot space (divisible to 1,500 SF) and Suite 144 is a 3,585 SF space.

 

Both suites are ideal for office or creative studio! These sunny suites both boast high ceilings, original brick & timber features, and refinished hardwood floors.

 

Suite 125 includes five private offices facing the window-line and entrances at both ends of the suite, while Suite 144 includes four offices, two private "phone rooms" and a kitchenette with space for seating.
